At Mood Theory, we want your experience to be seamless from the moment you place your order to the moment it arrives at your door. Please read our shipping and returns policy carefully.

Shipping

Processing Time

All orders are processed within 1–3 business days (excluding weekends and holidays) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive a notification when your order has shipped.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

We offer free shipping on all orders — no minimums, no exceptions.

Estimated delivery times are as follows:

  • Standard Shipping (US): 5–7 business days

Please note that delivery times are estimates and may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or other factors outside our control.

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your package directly on the carrier's website.

International Orders

We ship to select international destinations. International customers are responsible for all duties, import taxes, and customs fees that may be charged upon delivery. Mood Theory is not responsible for delays due to customs.

Lost or Stolen Packages

Mood Theory is not responsible for lost or stolen packages confirmed as delivered to the address provided. If your tracking information shows your package was delivered but you have not received it, please contact your local post office or carrier first. If the issue is unresolved, reach out to us at hello@moodtheorystudio.com.

Returns & Exchanges

Return Eligibility

We accept returns within 30 days of the delivery date. To be eligible for a return, your item must be:

  • Unused and in the same condition that you received it
  • In its original packaging
  • Accompanied by proof of purchase

The following items are non-returnable:

  • Sale or final sale items
  • Gift cards
  • Downloadable or digital products
  • Items marked as non-returnable at the time of purchase

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, please email us at hello@moodtheorystudio.com with your order number and reason for return. We will provide you with return instructions and a return shipping address.

Please do not send your purchase back without first contacting us.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If approved, your refund will be processed and a credit will automatically be applied to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

Exchanges

If you need to exchange an item for a different size or color, please contact us at hello@moodtheorystudio.com. Exchanges are subject to product availability.

Damaged or Defective Items

If you received a damaged or defective item, please contact us immediately at hello@moodtheorystudio.com with your order number and a photo of the item. We will make it right as quickly as possible.
