Starting a return is simple. Just send us an email and we'll take it from there.

HOW IT WORKS

Send your order number and reason for return to hello@moodtheorystudio.com We typically respond within 1–2 business days.

Once approved, we'll email you a prepaid return label to drop off at your nearest carrier location.

Once we receive your return, we'll process your refund within 5–10 business days to your original payment method.

BEFORE YOU RETURN

A few things to keep in mind:

Returns are accepted within 30 days of delivery.

Items must be unused and in original condition.

Don't ship anything back before hearing from us — we need to approve it first.
